These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services, platforms, broadcasts, digital media, websites, mobile applications, IPTV, Web TV, Cable TV, DTH, satellite transmission, and any other services operated by Youth Bangla TV.
By accessing or using any Youth Bangla TV service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Youth Bangla TV is a Free-To-Air (FTA), family-safe, secular infotainment television channel dedicated to educating, informing, and representing human lives, culture, history, education, and current affairs with integrity and professionalism.
The channel broadcasts to audiences in Bangladesh, South Asia, the Middle East, and international regions through satellite, cable, IPTV, Web TV, and digital platforms.
Youth Bangla TV strictly adheres to the following content principles:
All content must be lawful, truthful, objective, balanced, and professional
Content must not offend or harm any religion, community, ethnicity, nationality, gender, or individual
Programs containing crime, violence, sexual content, nudity, obscenity, horror, drugs, smoking, alcohol, gambling, occult practices, hate speech, defamation, or religious intolerance are strictly prohibited
All programming is suitable for children, minors, families, and unrestricted public viewing (24×7×365)
All advertisements must comply with international standards of legal, honest, decent, and truthful advertising
Misleading, false, unethical, or socially harmful advertisements will not be accepted
Youth Bangla TV reserves the sole right to accept, reject, suspend, or remove any advertisement or sponsored content without prior notice
Youth Bangla TV operates under a strict self-regulatory mechanism, reviewing and approving all content prior to broadcast
The channel complies with the Cable Television Network (Regulation) Act, 1995, relevant rules, government notifications, and broadcasting standards of Bangladesh and applicable international jurisdictions
All broadcast content is archived and preserved for a minimum period of 90 days for regulatory and monitoring purposes
All programs, videos, audio, graphics, logos, branding elements, scripts, and digital content of Youth Bangla TV are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, rebroadcast, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Youth Bangla TV
Viewers are encouraged to provide opinions, feedback, and complaints regarding programs or advertisements
All genuine complaints will be reviewed in good faith
Editorial decisions and final content judgments remain solely at the discretion of Youth Bangla TV management
Information related to education, career counseling, training, study abroad, placement services, HR services, or professional development broadcast or published by Youth Bangla TV or its affiliated units (including Edu Bangla) is provided for informational and guidance purposes only.
Youth Bangla TV does not guarantee admissions, visas, employment, placements, or outcomes. Final decisions rest with the respective institutions, authorities, and individuals.
Youth Bangla TV shall not be held responsible for interruptions caused by technical faults, satellite issues, internet failures, third-party platforms, or force majeure events
The channel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, service, or platform at any time without prior notice
Youth Bangla TV reserves the right to change, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication or broadcast.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

এই শর্তাবলি (“Terms & Conditions”) Youth Bangla TV–এর টেলিভিশন সম্প্রচার, ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম, ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপ, IPTV, Web TV, কেবল, DTH, স্যাটেলাইট এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল সেবা ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। Youth Bangla TV–এর যেকোনো সেবা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলিতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।
Youth Bangla TV একটি ফ্রি-টু-এয়ার (FTA), পরিবারবান্ধব, সেক্যুলার ও ইনফোটেইনমেন্ট টেলিভিশন চ্যানেল, যার উদ্দেশ্য মানবজীবন, সমাজ, সংস্কৃতি, শিক্ষা ও সমসাময়িক বিষয়সমূহকে দায়িত্বশীল ও নৈতিক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিতে উপস্থাপন করা।
চ্যানেলটি বাংলাদেশসহ দক্ষিণ এশিয়া, মধ্যপ্রাচ্য ও আন্তর্জাতিক দর্শকদের জন্য সম্প্রচারিত।
Youth Bangla TV নিম্নলিখিত নীতিমালা কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করে:
সব কনটেন্ট আইনসম্মত, সত্যনিষ্ঠ, ভারসাম্যপূর্ণ ও পেশাদার হতে হবে
কোনো ধর্ম, জাতি, বর্ণ, লিঙ্গ, সম্প্রদায় বা ব্যক্তিকে আঘাত করে এমন কনটেন্ট প্রচার করা হবে না
অপরাধ, সহিংসতা, যৌনতা, নগ্নতা, অশ্লীলতা, মাদক, ধূমপান, অ্যালকোহল, জুয়া, ভয়াবহতা, কুসংস্কার বা ধর্মীয় অনুভূতিতে আঘাতকারী কনটেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ
সকল অনুষ্ঠান শিশু, কিশোর ও সব বয়সী দর্শকের জন্য উপযোগী
সকল বিজ্ঞাপন আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে স্বীকৃত Legal, Honest, Decent & Truthful Advertising নীতিমালা মেনে প্রচারিত হবে
বিভ্রান্তিকর, মিথ্যা, অনৈতিক বা সমাজবিরোধী বিজ্ঞাপন গ্রহণ করা হবে না
Youth Bangla TV যে কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন বা স্পনসর কনটেন্ট গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে
Youth Bangla TV সম্প্রচারের পূর্বে প্রতিটি অনুষ্ঠান ও সেগমেন্ট নিজস্ব মনিটরিং ও প্রিভিউ বোর্ড দ্বারা যাচাই করে
কেবল টিভি নেটওয়ার্ক (রেগুলেশন) আইন ১৯৯৫, বাংলাদেশ সরকার, সংশ্লিষ্ট নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থা এবং আন্তর্জাতিক সম্প্রচার নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করা হয়
সম্প্রচারিত কনটেন্টের রেকর্ড ন্যূনতম ৯০ দিন সংরক্ষণ করা হয়
Youth Bangla TV–এর সকল অনুষ্ঠান, ভিডিও, অডিও, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, ব্র্যান্ডিং ও ডিজিটাল কনটেন্টের স্বত্ব সংরক্ষিত
লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট কপি, পুনঃসম্প্রচার, বিক্রয় বা বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার করা নিষিদ্ধ
দর্শকরা অনুষ্ঠান ও বিজ্ঞাপন সম্পর্কে মতামত ও অভিযোগ জানাতে পারবেন
প্রাপ্ত অভিযোগ গুরুত্বসহকারে পর্যালোচনা করা হবে
তবে চ্যানেলের সম্পাদকীয় সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে
Youth Bangla TV ও এর ইউনিটসমূহ (যেমন: Edu Bangla) কর্তৃক প্রচারিত শিক্ষা, ক্যারিয়ার, ট্রেনিং ও বিদেশে পড়াশোনা সংক্রান্ত তথ্যসমূহ তথ্যভিত্তিক ও গাইডলাইন হিসেবে প্রদান করা হয়।
চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত, ভিসা, চাকরি বা ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠান ও ব্যবহারকারীর নিজস্ব দায়িত্ব।
প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি, সিগন্যাল সমস্যা, ইন্টারনেট বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্ল্যাটফর্মজনিত বিঘ্নের জন্য Youth Bangla TV দায়ী থাকবে না
যে কোনো সময় সম্প্রচার সূচি, কনটেন্ট বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষিত
Youth Bangla TV প্রয়োজনে যে কোনো সময় এই Terms & Conditions পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন বা হালনাগাদ করতে পারে। পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলি প্রকাশের পর থেকেই কার্যকর হবে।
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। যে কোনো বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশের আদালত প্রযোজ্য হবে।
